This outfit is for those who are working on New year's eve and would be headed to the party straight from work later in the night. If you are struggling at styling one outfit that hits all the check boxes, check out options that double up as both, work and party wear. A black tube sequinned skirt is a clever buy. It's an off shoulder tube dress that works equally great as a tube skirt. So, during the working hours wear it as a skirt and later for the party pull it up and wear it as a dress. Tada!! You won't have to carry anything else along, other than your wild party spirit, of course!

Red and white!
Got a Christmas party to attend? But, Red and white is taking 'Santa is home' turn? Phew! Incorporating Red and White in your outfit without looking like Santa is a task. Coz the ultimate goal is to look nothing like Santa, but, look young, modern, chic and quirky cousin of Santa who is all in for breaking a few rules. Here is my lil tweak to my Xmas outfit. A simple checkered button up shirt teamed up with a bow tie, faux leather shoes and crochet skirt is a game changer.
So, today of all days is for extra creativeness and innovation. Merry Christmas fellas!!
PS: We do not complain about cold weather when we wear short skirts without stockings. Period.

Faux and Floral!
Mixing textures and patterns when layering the top is perfect if you plan to take your chances with bare legs on a cold day. A faux leather fancy skirt and a floral jumper is just perfect for a mid-week fun yet work appropriate outfit. Layer a floral jumper over a plain white shirt letting the sleeves and collar peek out.
Remember, the only rule to look a million bucks is, not to play safe. If you aren't ready for bare legs, don't be. There are warmer options too, high socks or pantyhose/tights will keep you warm and still make sure your weekdays are getting their share of girly makover!
Chiffon Madness!
This was my first chiffon saree, technically not even a saree, I bought this fabric for a maxi dress. But, one day while trying to figure out the length, I started draping it as a saree and just loved how it looked. So, I decided to keep the fabric as it is and wore it on Diwali as a saree underneath that A-line jacket to add a layer and some festival bling.
